We aim to deliver all orders within 3-10 working days.
If you haven't received your order within this time, don't worry! There has probably been some delay and will arrive through your letterbox in the next day or so. If you think something has gone wrong, please check your order history to check the status of your order and if in doubt feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Please note that items of higher value will require a signature on delivery.
What matters most to us is your happiness! However due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are only able to offer refunds on your order if the product is deemed to be faulty.
