Shipping rates are dependant on size, weight, value, type of goods and delivery destination. The website will calculate the correct shipping charge for your order at checkout before you proceed for payment.
Due to the bespoke nature of our goods we do not allow orders to be refunded unless they are deemed to be faulty. In special circumstances we may allow orders to be returned to us for partial refund at our discretion. This will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund has been approved, you will be responsible for taking care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and for their safe return. All goods must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of a refund being approved. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation subject to receipt of the returned goods in satisfactory condition.
